7-day window
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange or return.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Exchanges
Wrong size? We'll swap it for another size of the same item, subject to stock.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–14 working days after we receive the item. Delivery fees are not refundable.
Faulty or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return delivery cost.
